Does my product have a warranty?
Many products have warranties that are provided and serviced by the manufacturer of your product. Total Paintball Gear is not responsible for freight charges of items requiring warranty service. There is no warranty on paintballs. But don't worry because 99.9% of our paint orders arrive in perfect condition. Gun warranties vary by manufacturer.

I received a broken product.
If you received a broken or damaged product out of the box please email us. Depending on the circumstance we'll give you an RA #(Return Authorization) or put you in contact with the manufacturer.

We do not provide any warranty repair or service for any products. If you have used a product and a problem develops, you must contact the manufacturer for all repair services. We are happy to provide you with the phone number/contact information for the manufacturers of all products we carry. In order to return a product to Total Paintball Gear, it must be defective straight out of the box and you should email us immediately upon discovering the problem.
