The site is very easy to navigate and well laid out. The inventory is very large to choose from which is always a plus. The pricing is very competitive within the industry. I ran into an issue with shipping where my order was delayed as a result of an out of stock item. My 3 day shipping charge wasn't refunded but when they did finally ship my order they upgraded the shipment to 2nd day at no additional cost. Although not the correct fix to the issue but something was better then nothing.
