Has my order shipped
You can check the current status of your order by logging in to your account and clicking on the Order History link. Your order will initially show up as Processing.

If it shows up as Backorder, it is currently on backorder and will be shipped as soon as all the items on the order are in stock.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email informing you that a tracking number is available in you online order status page the evening of the order being changed to completed. At that time, you will be able to click the tracking number to track your shipment's progress. Once order is changed to Completed the order is then charged.

How do I track my order
As long as you have entered a valid email address you will receive an email informing you that a tracking number is available in you online order status page the evening of the order's processing. You can then track the order directly from our site by clicking on the tracking number. All you need to do is login to your account, then click on "Order Status and Tracking." Select the order you wish to track and click on the linked tracking number. A new window with tracking information will pop up.

When will I receive my backorder?
We will only hold backordered product for a maximum of 60 days unless otherwise specified by the customer. On the 60th day of the backorder the item will be removed from the order and the remaining product will be shipped out. Exceptions to the policy will be made for specific items and pre-ordering situations.


I never received my order
First, make sure your order status is 'Delivered' (also, be sure to check with everyone at your address). Next, you can contact UPS directly at 1(800) PICK-UPS. If you still can't find your order please email us.


My order is missing an item.
Please email us ASAP if you are missing an item on your order. Put "Missing Item" in the subject line. We will then begin an investigation by comparing shipped weight and do an inventory match.

If the item was not shipped to you we will send a replacement using the shipping method from the original order.

If the item was shipped and lost in transit we will begin a UPS claim for you.
