International Orders

Guidelines

We accept international orders* by internet. Our preferred method of payment is Bank Wire Transfer, American Express, Discover Card, through Paypal or Google Checkout. We do not accept Visa, MasterCard or any other types of credit cards issued outside of the United States, Canada, or Puerto Rico. Orders placed with an international Visa or MasterCard will be automatically cancelled.

If you are paying with American Express or Discover, both the shipping address and the billing address must be listed with your credit card issuer.

When you place an international order, the shipping options shown are the only methods available to your country. Total Paintball Gear is not responsible for shipping delays due to orders being held up by customs.

Certain items cannot be shipped internationally; this includes items under pressure such as 12 gram CO2 cartridges and AirSoft Green Gas.

Freight Charges
When placing your order, the freight will be automatically calculated when you select your shipping method.

Brokerage/Customs/Duty Fees
There may be additional charges due at the time of delivery for your international order. These may include brokerage fees, duty fees, customs fees, international tariff fees, and other fees that may be specifically related to your country.

All fees due at the time of delivery are the customer's responsibility.
- If you refuse the package and do not pay the fees due, UPS will return the package to TotalPaintballGear. The total amount of fees due, plus any return shipping UPS charges us, will be deducted from your refund in addition to the standard 20% restocking fee charged on all returns for credit.
- If the fees are more than the amount of the refund, the difference will be charged to your card upon receipt of the package.
- If you refuse to pay the fees at the request of FedEx and they still deliver the package, Total Paintball Gear will hold you responsible for any fees we incur for your package. By doing so you are authorizing Total Paintball Gear. to charge the credit card you used to place the original order the exact amount for any fees the shipping company deflected back to us. Please note that since these fees are non-refundable we will not be able to refund them to you for ANY reason.

We have no way of estimating the amount of fees that will be due on delivery. For an estimate, please visit UPS at www.UPS.com.

Is Importing Paintball or Airsoft products legal in my country?
Check with local law enforcement regarding legality of paintball products in your area. Check with your local customs office regarding taxes or duties that may be collected at the time of delivery or to determine any restrictions on importing this type of sporting goods to your country.

Australia
Australia prohibits importing of paintball markers and guns.

Germany
German customs requires the "F" stamp, only the Brass Eagle line of products (excluding the Rainmaker) has that stamp.

Mexico
We cannot currently ship paintball products to Mexico

Do You Ship To Puerto Rico?

Yes, TotalPaintballGear.com does ship to Puerto Rico and welcomes Puerto Rican customers.

For fraud protection purposes, we require that all address information match what is on file with the credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the shipping address must also be listed with your financial institution as an alternate address. This can easily be done by calling the number on your statement or the back of your credit card. It only takes a few minutes and does not affect your billing information at all. If both addresses are on file with the credit card company, you still may receive an automated email regarding verification of your address.

Do You Ship To Canada?

Yes, TotalPaintballGear.com does ship to Canada and welcomes Canadian customers.

Most shipments are delivered to Canadian destinations in 2-8 business days from date of order, depending upon the shipping method.

NOTE: Shipping charges to Canada shown on our site do include GST, PST, taxes. This is because our main office is located in BC, Canada

COD Orders

If an order is held indefinitely at customs or returned to us, the customer will be held responsible for the non-returned merchandise and/or any and all freight charges associated with the order.

Do You Ship To The Rest Of The World?

International orders must be placed online or over the phone at 888-855-9854 . If your country is in our list of countries below, we can ship to your country. If your country is not listed, we are sorry but at this time we cannot ship to your country.
